Since 1735, the year the stud Celle was founded, the high quality of the horse breeding area of Verden has been printed in the history books. Twice a year an elite of 100 young horses presents its outstanding quality. Well-funded breeders or men of their confidence from around the world come to the auctions in April and October. Quite often they offer more than a ¼ million Euro for the best horses. Prior to the auction there is a top show programme.
