
Being a real globetrotter Daniel Rundholz brings back a lot of interesting ideas from his journeys. Adding an exotic touch to his regional creations is one of the characteristics of his way of cooking. His experience with the Caribbean cook of the Trinidad & Tobago National Soccer Team during the World Cup 2006 inspired him to create new culinary highlights for our restaurant L`auberge.
