We serve antipaste in the cosy alcoves or, when booked in advance, cheese fondue or our so called »Tatarenhut«.

The »Tatarenhut« is a speciality similar to a meat fondue. Cooked at the table, the flavour stays in the meat. With a simple method the meat will stay tender and juicy inside while the outside is very crisp.
